During my recent stay at Restaurant Le Manoir, I found it to be an intriguing blend of old-world charm and modern conveniences. Nestled conveniently off the highway, this hotel was ideally located for my late-night arrival during a rather stormy evening. The friendly staff, particularly a welcoming receptionist from Spain, made the check-in process less daunting despite my limited German. She even assisted me in finding a late-night meal, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The hotel offers understated elegance with its parquet flooring and well-maintained rooms that feature flat-screen TVs to keep you entertained after a day of exploring. The heating system efficiently warded off the chill, a necessary comfort during my visit, and the generous breakfast provided a solid start to my days. While the proximity to the train station is practical for visitors, the pricing structure should also be noted. For the level of service and the comfort provided, the rates offered are competitive, making it a value-oriented choice for discerning travelers.
